Data processing
This policy explains in detail how we handle the personal data you send us through the contact form on this website, and how you can withdraw your consent. It complements our privacy policy.

What it applies to
It applies to the data you enter in the contact form, whether you introduce yourself as a buyer or as a producer, and to the messages we exchange as a result.
The controller is Noboa Trading, owner of the Bonita brand.
What data we ask for, by profile
The form changes depending on the profile you choose:
- Buyer: name, company, job title, country, email, phone or WhatsApp, estimated weekly volume of boxes and message.
- Producer: name, farm or cooperative, province or canton, hectares, current certifications, phone or WhatsApp, email and message.
Name, email and phone or WhatsApp are required so we can reply to you; the rest is optional.
How we handle your message
To serve you better, each message is tagged with three details: your profile (buyer or producer), the language of the website where you wrote and your country. This tagging is used only to route your message to the right person on our team.
Your message is received by the sales team in charge of the trade fair and of the relationship with buyers and producers.
Consent
Before submitting the form you must accept this policy by ticking the consent box. Without that consent we cannot process your message.
You can withdraw your consent whenever you want by writing to support@bonita.com. We will stop processing your data for those purposes, unless the law requires us to keep it.
Purposes
- To answer your inquiry or quotation request.
- To manage a possible business relationship as a buyer or partner producer.
- To follow up on what you asked for, by email, phone or WhatsApp.
We do not use this data for other purposes without asking for your consent first.
Retention
We keep the form data while we handle your request and the business relationship that results from it, and afterwards for as long as the law requires. Then we delete or anonymize it.
Your rights
You can request access, rectification, update, erasure, objection, suspension of processing and portability of your data. Write to support@bonita.com stating your name and the right you want to exercise; we will reply within the legal deadlines.
